I wrote yesterday that 1083 and 1742 most likely will hold a confirming second day test. That is exactly what happened we tested the levels like 245 on SOX and 1742 but in face of Tom Kurlack recommendation that LSI is a buy and INTC is a buy at lows 60's we did see some acute buying also DIGI news were good for NWX. I am more than convinced for myself that ASND one fine morning will be taken over by LU. I think NWX will soon see a lot of consolidation. I will like to buy some calls of SOX 260's Aug or 270's Aug on pure speculative play. I will cut these calls at 241 I will like today a confirmation of the move above 251 on SOX.

As I have writing sice last few days that I see by my configuration an end of this corrective move a stand by my recommendation and will treat yesterday action as a false break if we stay above 1092 and 250 alongwith 1747 on composite. I will like to add some of beaten down stocks to my list if SOX remains above 251 during todays session.
