1. During mkt. hours, except for "breaking news," should we limit our discussions to ASND/ ASND-related topics? A telecommunications industry merger and the second in two days would I think qualify. 3. Should brief comic relief in times of high-stress be acceptable? Why not? 4. Is the info. currently being xchg'd. here about ALA/DIGI sufficiently broad-range educational [= determining the basis for the actual price per share in the swap] to be relevant to many ? Define many. Define broad-based. It's conversation about stocks in the same industry as the thread symbol and it may come into play for ASND directly real soon. Why be a "soup-nazi?" Press next. Nothing bores me more than the miles of news posts that go flying through here every day, but others like them enough to want more. I have been careful to try to * OT * every message that doesn't deal with ASND, and others have as well. Personally, I don't care what people post, save meaningless spam. There is opportunity to learn from anything posted...of course if you know everything, these conversations would be extremely boring to you... Signd, Frst Amndmt
