Joe, What the hell are you talking about? Casey paying $68,000,000 for the company? If Casey reads this thread (and I REALLY hope he doesn't), he must get quite a chuckle. Where'd you get the number $68 million from? Did it just fall out of the sky into your soup? If Joe V and Dennis Casey can pull off a deal that will bring significant capital into this company--let's say $15 million--we'll all own them a round of applause. Then Joe V might even be able to call a shareholders meeting and escape from it with his job. Wouldn't you agree, Joe? P.S. Joe, Any idea why the 10-K is still not out? Joe V says it will be out real soon and should be very "complete" now that he has all the information he needed to flesh out many of the details concerning stock transactions (much of which was stored on the computers he took with him from the former Xecom/AirStar headquarters). If you have any hunches as to why the 10-K is still not filed, please fill us in. TJS
