Commgod - Good post. The answer would most likely be the same if you asked the Company why they didn't announce the issuance of the 900,000 plus shares in private placements done in the first quarter. You only knew about the continued shareholder dilution if you read the 10-K which the Company knows alot of investors don't do.

I really wish I could say yes Commgod. But I don't have any idea at this point. I know we do have a new IR firm and they are at least partially responsible for getting these press releases out in a timely fashion. Unfortunately if I had to guess I would say we will have to continue to wait until the bitter end again before we see the numbers released.

History can and does repeat itself which was the purpose of my post about a possible return to the .50 range this morning. Yes I get overly positive at times but I am willing to look at this company in a negative light as long as we are not slinging around mud and complete lies like dollarone's lie today that Steve Rash's options are now strictly based on time.

Lie!

He can register those options but he cannot exercise them unless they hit the prices deemed necessary in the first place. I don't even think dollarone was right on the numbers.

If he was telling the truth he would know that Steve Rash actually has more options. But he is no fool so why would he exercise them at these pathetic levels even if he could.

Anyway they are not registered yet as far as I know anyway...

I would like to personally thank investors here for their support of my due diligence.

I may get carried away sometimes. I know I did the last time the stock neared $1 but it's only because I feel ABMI is worth so much more. So while I certainly apologize to all of those who were in some small way influenced by me to buy at levels higher these today I can only say I believe we will see $1 again and much, much more.

Is this the last great buying opportunity in ABMI?

Who knows, but to me it certainly is a great buying opportunity. I see the downside risk as no lower than .50 and the upside well beyond $1.

Regards, Jeff

AVEI stock trading has been halted this morning. In a previously released story in the Wall Street Journal Arterial Vascular Engineering has already said they are looking at as many as 10 to 12 companies as possible acquisition targets. Will American BioMed be one of those companies or is this just a head fake before AVEI buys Schneider? I'm watching this story carefully. If AVEI does buy Schneider does that mean they will no longer have enough cash available for further purchases? Only time will tell. I pirated a post of the AVEI thread over at Yahoo. Perhaps it is BSX who is buying Schneider and AVEI has another announcement today? Who knows but these kinds of acquisition talks only point out what I have been saying all along. ABMI could very likely be acquired. Anyway here is that post:

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

Relatively large activity to upside just prior to halt. News:
