Update from I/R at AVEI. The following is a post from here at SI by Zeus549 today: Message 4785610 >No news to report. I just got off the phone with investor relations and was told that it was really a snafu of sorts. NASDAQ misinterpreted a Dow reporters comments or notes from the Piper Jaffrey conference that Scott Solano had said that AVE was acquiring 10 to 12 companies instead of what he really said which was that they were LOOKING at 10 to 12 possibilities. Hope this clarifies things for everyone. If not call Michelle at 707-525 0111 and I'm sure she'll be happy to reiterate her comments to me.< Well who is to say American BioMed is not one of those possibilities? Not me! Regards, Jeff
