Did it ever dawn on you that maybe, just maybe, if this company were run right and had the capital to expand (which I'm told by AirStar is in the works), Mr. Proctor might cease to be a seller. Also, how many shares exactly do you believe Proctor has on the selling block right now? TJS

One more thing: Did it escape your attention that the bid was at .25/share about two months ago? And that it was .14/share only a few days before that? So in other words, the stock went up. Did the MM's screw up or what? TJS
