Has consumer reports done them yet?..or maybe a LT test via Stereo Review might be better?

DISH wining in court again, word I hear is that they have great lawyers and have Rupert on the ropes in the very big $$$ suite.

David,

I didn't ask the question. Next time I'm in the store I will.

David,

I've just watched (1) Starship Troopers and (2) Contact on a computer-based DVD player (Creative Dxr2).

Both movies played wonderfully. They were a joy to watch, and the sound (through Bose Acoustimass computer speakers, which includes a subwoofer) was powerful and rich.

Starship Troopers played in TV aspect (though you can change that by stretching the Creative screen if you wish), while Contact played in 16:9.

Starship Troopers had a side 2, with extra scenes, documentary, etc.
Contact had no side 2.
