Jay,

I haven't tried to find out if ZONA has bought back shares in the last two days. I should think not since these numbers are very different from what was originally stated by ZONA. This means that the lawsuits are not only valid but they will win. ZONA needs to put all it's resources into defending itself at this point not buying back shares.

As for the NDA filing, I'm sure how much can be said about the actual file date at this point. If they don't file by the 30th, then something serious could be up. If they file before or on, it could not mean much where SGP is concerned. I'm not sure of how many other NDA's they may be working on right now, so I wouldn't know how they'd prioritize Vasoscam (although my guess it's low for obvious reasons). As I've said all along, I think SGP is as much a victim here as the ZONA longs. They made the mistake of believing ZONA's original interpretation of the clinical data and now they have to get anything they can out of it. That means selling in places like Mexico.

As for my new vacation home, I'll wait until ZONA trades for what it is really worth before I put the money into that. But that doesn't mean I can't start looking around because I have a feeling it won't be too much longer before it will be time to cover.
