Dale, what broker are you using? I'd be taking a bath trying to scalp 1/32.

Let's see. 10K shares @ $1.50. That's $15,000.

1/32 is $312.50

Say you bought at the ask at $1.50. That means the bid would have to be 1 17/32 for you just to break even, not including commissions.

I don't understand this strategy. Also, at Schwab, it would cost me $600 R/T to trade 10K shares. Obviously, I know that other brokers charge less, but I just don't see how this is a really good use of $15K.

Please explain.
