and they refunded by 79.95 I paid for this exchange program.

that was the part that bothered me because if I had just bought a dell monitor it would have been exchanged with no problem and no additional cost

So I am happy...with the exception that the quality control sucks and it should not have flaked out so early after I bought it...


so, next time, what kind of monitor are you going to buy?

lisa- sorry to hear about your monitor problems. My 17" Optiquest has been problem free. Maybe the problems stem back to when you first got it and you said the screen wasn't square at the edges.-Neal
