Right! But that was already obvious. At 26 3/4 the Sept 30 P/E would be 18.2 assuming FLAT earnings for the next 2 reporting quarters. The PowerBook G3 is getting stellar reviews. sarcasm >[You can actually keep it in your lap while turned on without raising a Pentium induced heat blister.] The iMac will start showing up in August. Holiday sales on this model are expected to account for the first quarter of gross revenue gains. Current G3's are selling like crazy, despite the $600 blowout Compaqs littering the sector's landscape. The OS strategy is winning back developers. Re: Mac Gaming Gains Momentum at E3 macworld.zdnet.com Current crop of G3 crushes the competition. G4 will be out early next year. Just saw the report on CNBC. Mossburg said he is more positive about the new Powerbooks than anything Apple has made in 3 years. Pretty good coming from a guy that has been almost exclusively negative about Apple in his articles. He also said, however, that Apple "still has a long way to go" in terms of turning things around, and made specific reference to the consumer market. He said that the iMac is Apple's response to this, and that he'll review it as soon as he gets one. Hope they send him a good one! :-) JB
