Stamm/Boonen

Stamm/Ebeling

Stamm/Ziller

Perhaps it's not as complex as we think ... :o)

Marty asked me my thoughts on the recent release. Here they are...

Since March 29th the following has been accomplished. Stop gap finance, in the amount of $700,000.(US), was obtained from foreign sources to stabilize the Company.

Who are these foreign sources? What interest rate is NAMX paying on this borrowed money? Were these foreign sources given any securities as method of payment? Do they have a controlling interest in the company?

It was stated that this foreign money was used to stabilize the company. Does this include paying for the day to day operations of the business?

What happened to the plans of becoming a reporting company? Has there ever been a relationship between NAMX and Deloitte and Touche? Were these statements simply just fabrications made up by Paul?

Who was responsible for writing the press releases? Did these non-factual releases have to be approved by the Board before they were released to the public? Who was the person in the organization responsible for the content of the releases??

What has happened with the Gruy Report? Does NAMX and Gruy still have a working relationship? Which individuals in the organization worked with Gruy? Which individual(s) in the organziation wrote the Gruy press release?

Why has there been no mention of the Em-Sounder or its technology? Is the Em-Sounder technology viable in determing well sites on an already known gas-enriched field?

Of course, these questions only scratch the surface. There are still many unanswered questions that remain. I don't think you'll see a surge in price until some of these are cleared up. Something in print from the company. And of course, this could take quite a bit of time realizing the state that Mr. Ebeling has left the company in.
