John, now that Penny has been canned, and Alias Wavefront has a new president, will anything get better? will someone have a talk with mr Pratt and make him aware of how remote and completly paralysed A/W has become. totally incapable of comunicating direction or focus. with a crumbling corporate structure where quality of support has fallen to a useless level, and no one can say anything for fear of being held to their word? or is this just the setup for a spinoff? email from A/W follows: To our valued Customers and Partners: It is Silicon Graphics intention to allow Alias\|Wavefront to operate more independently to better meet the needs of its customers and business partners.
