Thanks for the vote of confidence, I would not mind one of the BOD positions, thats about all I want.

I have been on and off the phone with the lawyer all day, and we are putting together a PR that will notify all the shareholders of this, and allow them to nominate and participate also.

We are still trying to work a way so that we can keep and talley the requests for the Proxy vote, a way for people fax mail or emial the vote back, secure it so that it is a legitimate vote monitered by an impartial person, probably a court officer.

The date of Record was yesterday... for a very good reason, so that no stock transfers would count after the facts and our little Reg S buddies dont try to spike the vote.

We have requested a full shareholder printout from the TA we will be examining each large block to insure its not in some way connected to WOTD or its 10 principals or people (sorry Pat no conflicts of interests allowed.)

I want to make one thing very clear, we are going to have this vote and everyone that legitimatly owns stock can vote to their amount share count. We here on the internet are less than 25% of the float owners, so its possible we will loose, in fact it is possible the people we nominate will not receive a BOD position.
But to me thats ok, thats fair thats worth the risk, I dont claim to know everything and I bet everyone knows of someone that could help us share holders out in the long run...

This is complicated and we have 15 days to do it.

Sorry guys no hostile take over today, not by me. Every CVIA shareholder is going to receieve the benefits of yesterdays ruling.

KAA

***Oh yes Cleve thanked you for the BOD offer but said he would probably not consider the nomination, because of potential conflicts of interests

A MESSAGE TO CVIA SHAREHOLDERS:

Those that support KAA can skip this. Those that do not and lurkers (I am usually a lurker) please think over the following:

1. If Jack never messed up on the timing of the reverse split this would probably never have happened. Shareholders gave Jack the a chance to correct the "error". The ambiguous press release on the warrants to be issued to shareholders should erase any more doubt in your mind that Jack was concerned about you.

2. Personality types. There are people in this world who are gruff and strong and not so kind with their words. But they are going to tell you the truth (whether you like it or not) and you don't have to second guess that they will do what they say.

There are other types who know how to make you feel comfortable and relate to you and make you feel good. But then they do things that hurt you and you don't know what to think and feel because if you talk to them personally, they can get you to see things their way and get your sympathy.

Think about the press releases that Jack put out. Think about what actually got executed and how it was done. What happened to the profitable company that was to be acquired simultaneously with the WOTD merger?

3. We need some one who is willing, motivated, and demonstrated the ability to be reasonable to be in the NEW BOD. Go back to posts and you will see that KAA has shown all of those qualities plus leadership.

I do not know KAA personally but I will bet he'll be more up front with everyone than Jack would be. So, let's not be fractured. If you are concerned about the future of CVIA and your investment let's make sure we get someone on the NEW Board who will look out for our interests.

4. Finally, if you are like me, and have a really small stake in this all, just do it for sheer principle. I personally made the error of staying long with CVIA even though I had a 100% gain. (Average cost was .01445). I sold most of my shares after the reverse split fiasco for break even. Kept some just because I try not to sell out completely if I did not make a profit. (Sometimes that little bit can surprise you...) But just to let Jack know it is not OK to do this, let's get KAA on this NEW Board of Directors.

P.S. Now when I read a thread, and everything seems rosy when someone has a contrarian view, I consider it may be true. Those "positive" folks who bash the contrarian sometimes are just fooled themselves or are looking for the next fool to buy their shares.
