TVSI will start PR to define aquistions. NIWOT is public knowledge and is comprised of Boulder Designs, Mountain Mend, JRAT and others....these are considered accessory aquistions, but the only one publically accessible to date (that I can find). Raabe has been working on Aggression Sports for over 2 years now. TVSI is the shell for Aggression sports. Supposedly, the aquisitions equate to $100MM in annual revenues, but There is no public statement of such. There is also rumor of a high-profile sports figure filling one of the seats of the BOD.
