I said that the Company didn't announce the private placement(s) during the 1st quarter- that means they didn't issue a press release. But lets move on and take your statement that a Company doesn't discuss a private placement in a quarterly report - in my opinion it proves how unsophisticated you are in investing. A company has the responsibility to inform its shareholders of important events. Consider the shareholder dilution that has occurred under Steve Rash's reign, mid 1995 to present, from the Company's quarterly reports to the SEC on Form 10-Q. As of Nov 1, 1995 (9/30/95 10-Q) the Company had 9.4 million shares outstanding and as of May 7, 1998 (3/31/98 10Q) they had 26.2 million shares outstanding- they've nearly tripled! In the same 10-Q's quarterly sales for September 30, 1995 were $123,180 and for March 31, 1998 were $162,085. Where's the substance? Not much change in this run rate. Meanwhile the Company has ingested around nine million in new capital during this period.
Jeff, in my opinion, to make the statement that you have made, you cannot have read the Company's filings to understand what is truly happening and as such you are certainly doing the innocent reader of this and any other thread you are hyping American BioMed on an impropriety. If you have read the public documents I'll test my knowledge against yours any day.
