If I answer your questions it will be ME, Not Gary. I can't tell you exactly who Gary is. But his correspondence to me seems accurate & timely and is well put. Therefore I am 'helping' him out. He has something to say so there it is. I will take a stab at the "little dilution" question. That would be the shares for Buffalo Capital. We are paying for the merger with stock. And it is just a "little" stock, therefore the "little dilution". Look back at that press release it gives the % of dilution. If I'm wrong Rick, someone should quickly correct me. KZAP
