Anyone on this thread have info or opinion on TESOF - Stock recovered nicely in March only to have the chair ripped out from under it in the last three weeks in which the stock is down 35% - I know there is softness in the market but something else appears up people are running for the exits on this one. Love to see lots of insider selling last month too!!

NEW YORK, June 4 (Reuters) - U.S. independent oil company Apache Corp on Thursday denied repeated talk that it would launch a bid for Canada's Anderson Exploration (AXL.TO - news).

Anderson stock surged to a high of $18.75 on renewed talk that a U.S. oil company would launch a bid for it, with Apache heading the list.

''We are still not buying Anderson,'' a spokesman for Apache said.

Along with Apache, Coastal Corp (CGP - news) had also been rumored to be a bidder, but Coastal denied interest too.
