Another concern, apparently there is a walk-out clause if ALA falls below 37, or 35 if the S&P falls a certain amount. I'll look for specifics later...this information was through my broker.

M.H: Post #4275 was an excellent summary of the long term implication.
I am sure that at a minimum one could get >$28 by holding on, $30 if
ALA hovers at $37 and >$30 if ALA is above $37.
