Yep, my understanding is that DGIV has done ITS part and has sent the form 10 to the SEC. From that point on, it is up to the government/SEC to put it on Edgar, which should be any moment now (unless we have a government worker work stoppage!<ggg>)

After the form 10 is on Edgar, I think that DGIV will be FREE to announce whatever it wants to announce-given the fact that we have no contract news for 1 month and that MR.CHIN has been doinG some major traveling, I would expect we will have "a few" announcements SOON!

here they are.
The www.freedgar.com allows you to register and add companys to a profile and automatically email you when listings arrive.
