Tip, Ask our buddies at Boston Scientific about acretive acquisitions. <G> And BSX management is as smart as any out there.

My guess is that networking will collapse right when we least expect it. I see Lucent having a lot more trouble with Tellabs now that they have taken out Ciena. Ciena was like a mosquito, annoying, but not very risky. Tellabs is more like a bobcat that wants to be a lion.

I have bet against Cisco in the past and not done well. Though I see networking falling apart as a growth industry, due to competition, CSCO will probably be the Dell of the industry. They are simply brighter than their competition. But the company is huge now and to make those growth projections requires a tremendous amount of sales and margin. They have missed expectations a couple of times in the past and my guess is we will see more of that, probably ignored by the market.
