Thanks Steve for that news, at the moment Alcatel is just a couple points away from 37. Obviously ALA was not planning on such a nasty reception to their buyout, lets hope for a turnaround??

I believe DSC provides majority of cellular switches to MOT. What
kind of impact of this merger has on MOT? Is there a
POSSIBILITY that MOT may be forced to make a bid for DSC?

Any comments?

BTW, next week's telecomm. show in Atlanta should help ALA/DIGI
more, I hope.
