Thanks Steve for that news, at the moment Alcatel is just a couple points away from 37. Obviously ALA was not planning on such a nasty reception to their buyout, lets hope for a turnaround??

<< ..... -- Southwest analyst Manuel Royo maintained his accumulate rating on DSC. -- Royo said in a research note that the acquisition was a very good fit for Alcatel. -- He said that under the terms of the $4.4 billion stock-for-stock deal there are no caps or floors. A walkaway clause stipulates that the transaction can be called off without liability if Alcatel's American Depositary Share price falls below $37......>> I believe DSC provides majority of cellular switches to MOT. What kind of impact of this merger has on MOT? Is there a POSSIBILITY that MOT may be forced to make a bid for DSC? Any comments?
