I'm not sure about what the "signal" was but the break price was 20 5/8.

ABTX signalled a screaming buy when it broke above 19 3/4 on heavy volume. The results are seen in the follow through yesterday and today. Way back when RADAF was first testing 20 I targeted a breakout for RADAF would take it to 27 initially. I'll have to check that tonight and see if it needs updating. I'd say 27 is still the initial target though. The breakout price was 20 21/32.
