Thanks for clearing that up ... now all I have to find out is whether or not they are in a quiet period,, and if not, what happened to all the announcements (including the one about NASDAQ that was alleged to be coming out last week).

First, this is not the first time DGIV has filed a Form 10. Second, I understand that the Form has been filled out but it is under attorney review, and therefore it may not be out this week.
