Martin,

IMHO IMDS may have exercised poor judgement in issuing the particular release that you linked in your post. However, gggg I am glad they released it as I enjoyed reading their terms of conditional listing :-)

Martin,
Good catch, I assume that they were only allowed to release it
to the press because they did not take the suggested steps.

I've been through too many reverse splits that killed the stock
with only one exception: ATEC which I sold nearly everything
upon learning of the intended split. (Bad move!)

regards,
gary

Martin.

Good find. I'd forgotten about that one... probably because you were right... it is a bad example. They had no success at getting the listing. They are still way below $4 (somewhere around $0.55 right now). They decided against doing the reverse split (wise) and went no where so I assume the conditional expired.

I've been watching IMDS for a while... that is why I know.

Maybe this example is why FTEL was asked/told not to issue a press release about getting the conditional!
