I haven't got a print on this, but my Schwab guy told me that Dow Jones News Wire had a story about Bay holding a special meeting of the board this weekend to consider takeover offer. This passed about the time the stock rebounded after 3.

It fits with what I've heard that they would make an announcement if if happens for Supercomm. Unfortunately, I've been selling some of my holdings. Well, money in the hand....

A shame though as I am varying from my plan and that can be a mistake especially since everything is still playing into my projection.

I even bought some June 25 puts for 1/4 just to cover for disappointment if it doesn't happen. Still holding Sept 30's and hoping for the best.

30 if there existed any sort of takeover rumor. we hit 30.
