I swear, I think the main reason Group Bull signed on with ANCR is that they thought the little guy in a beret was French. Possibly, they could alter the logo to target different segments of the market, for example: A fat humorless pushy guy for the German market; A pompadoured Elvis type with Asian features for the Japanese; Bill Clinton blowing on a tenor sax for Americans ( he seems to be able to sell Americans ANYTHING! ).
