It was posted on the Yahoo thread that Leland bailed out of the stock and owns 0 shares as of the close of business today. I can substantiate this but thought I would pass this on. I hope most of you are out of the stock. I pointed out many months ago that Leland's crooked teeth make the guy suspect. I was right. Best to all, Chip

Why not refute the so-called studies that are helping to cream the stock...I do not believe that any company or CEO should manage the day to day fluctuations in stock price..stocks go up...stocks go down.... but If I were CEO I would sure as heck....attempt to repair the publics' or presses' image that MUSE isn't working...I mean that has a lot to do with the future sales of the product...Managing your company's image is important...I would not expect a press realease everyday the stock drops 1/2 or even rises...I would expect a company to defend viciously its product and success rates regardless of stock price... I just don't get it....how hard is that?? IS it me???? I mean come on...even the Chinese TImes likes Muse...but all we hear about is the pencil-necked geek who studies the effectiveness at a VA hospital...these men probably had the sucker shot off a few times... or I think the DR probably stuck the pellet up their asses..and it still worked in 27% of the cases ...now thats a product.,... IF somebody will be kind enough to get me fax numbers at VIVUS or their PR firm I will put my machine on AUTO and drain their paper bin...
