It could have been a cross trade, that is, an
investor or a broker selling from one account
and buying in another account.

Those types of transactions are arranged through MMs in advance and are executed at some later point in time. Most likely someone wanted to buy 30K shares and the MMs went and found a seller(s) and crossed the shares.
