new lows are because they are having problems getting the conservative VSE to take the 3rd party analysis (that the VSE requested) as written. So since this is now a 3-4 mth old problem - people are getting tired and moving on to other stocks that look like they might trade up for a change.

But as soooon as this is straightened out - to the moon they say!
