Does anybody out there have any news on CHES? I have been sitting on this one for months - taken some profits periodically - but lately just waiting - now it seems it stopped trading yesterday - currently no price nor volume for the past 2 trading days - and no announcement that I have been able to find.

Any news would be appreciated?

Joe,

Barry R. was cautioning us to look at the recent (04/09/98) S-8 filing. It was for 10 million shares @ $0.025.

Is this kind of a situation generally cause for concern? And if so, it seems to me that,in view of the tremendous volume these past 2 days, the concern would be lessened considerably in this case.

Am I missing something here?
