The Buy Back is a way of telling the MM's that the float is being severely reduced.... ( from 3M to 2.5M about 15% reduction??) . This will make the MM's and shorters think twice about their shorting tactics, as they will have to cover eventually, but with less shares available a serious SHORT SQUEEZE will occur. Also announcing that a NASDAQ listing is eminent, tells the MM's and shorters that the CLOCK IS TICKING. Basically it's put-up or shut-up time!! Peace Riccardo
