Question:

On my Yahoo quotes I'm seeing a last trade for BAY at 4:31PM and today's graph shows that BAY went down to almost $30 after 4 PM (market close) and then bounced back to around $31. Is this after hours trading? If not how are transactions still occuring after market close? And who's involved in these transactions (institutions)?

Thanks!

Maria B. just said that it's rumored that BAY received a $40/share buyout offer from Nortel, and that they would consider it over the weekend.

Amazing. Maybe time to load up on a very short term BAY play for the risk takers in the crowd.
