I posted this on the other thread regarding TCMS: The 144 is old news, it relates to the 1,000,000+ share day we had a few weeks ago. One of the originals was exiting and all shares were placed. Today's volume was probably the remainder of that transaction, an attempt to sell into OPEC related strength. It is my understanding that the only "real" insider transactions of late have been purchases. Float on this issue is very low, so price is very sensitive to volume; and that works both ways. It is worth noting that, at the current price, this stock is now selling very close to the company's tangible book value; that is stated book value less all the goodwill. Nothing is certain, but at this price the stock appears to be an outstanding value.
