They didn't buy back earlier because there was no big need to at that time. Now that the MM games are holding back the true value of the stock price the company can buy back some shares to support the stock while the MM problem gets resolved. Many companies much larger than this and a much higher stock price have bought back shares. It is a common enough thing.

I think there was no need at the time the stock was low. They knew they had the big announcements coming and thought the stock would reach fair value (which it probably would have if it had not been for the MASSIVE SHORTING)

I checked on Hoffy....Read his past threads...He is part of Tokyo Joes Group...

Here is his last post here...

I am not trashing the company at all because I will not be buying it at any price. Just raising some questions I had.

And here is his post on INFE a few days ago...He was pushing DIXS with TM and the gang and the stock tanked and will continue to tank....

The next INFE...DIXS - I looked at INFE when it went from .30 to 1 and passed on it. Boy was that a mistake. But now DIXS comes along and the same opportunity is here only it's still at .30 (or so) and just had it's first day of nice volume. Only 300,000 but 200,000 of it came in the last 1/2 hour. It's in the same Business as INFE and may even be better positioned. Plus, under 2 million shares in the float will make this stock move fast.
I'm not going to make the same mistake twice and miss a golden opportunity, I'm in DIXS and will be buying more tomorrow.
Great chance for a 10 bagger with this one.

A word from the wise to the less knowledgeable (hoffy) - company buying back shares at any price is a good idea...They will make money from it. If they knew their stock would rise so fast, they would have bought back earlier...Now, they have to deal with MM's to clear the path...In the grand scheme, they will have no problem making money on the shares they buy back. And, they DO have quite a few shares already!

Sorry for rambling....

Hoffy,

They aren't hyping. There are several factors that we have been talking about here that would cause this move now. The movement of this stock has been to say the least unnatural.... but people are investing long term, and trying to control the float so the mm's can't tank it. This company is probably worth every cent you see. The EPS for this year is gonna be pretty nice. There are also several shorts in the Market, and have been here since Feb. or before. If you were the ceo, and you were signing deals, and you knew your stock is getting hurt by MM's, wouldn't you want to stop it and help your shareholders increase their value?

I think you should stop right now,and learn who are your friends. Spend a lot of time reading the threads of DGIV-ICVI-INFE.Learn who we are, and what we are about. I think when you learn about us you won't be asking these questions. NUMBER ONE THERE ISN'T ENOUGHT STOCK FOR US. So I don't think the Co. should buy any stock back till we get what we want. I still have $ 1,000,000.00 CASH to buy more stock,BUT I'M GOING TO BUY THE WAY I WANT TO BUY. So I think the company will let us fill our orders first. So take you time, and learn before you buy any stock. Well let you know were we are going next time. Right know were busy trying to make sure we finish this the right way. GOT A FEW BUCKS...Me.D...At your service....

TO ALL: the company will be buy shares and has already started, thats right, they have already started.

second, if you start to buy your stock at 2 dollars with a small float and moderate short position, you will run the stock up on yourself, how do you expect to get new investors in then?

if you announce that you will be buying back after the run-up, you give new shareholders confidence that they made a good decision. you have established a new base and effectively raised your market cap by millions.

if you were interested in buying a company to get to nasdaq, and you needed a certain share price and you knew you had mega contracts on the horizon, wouldnt you want to use your capital to raise the stock at those end stages before an acquisition. thus not having to give away to much of your company to the new partner. its like paying yourself twice, you invested in yourself and you didnt have to give it to the new partner.

EVERYONE IS ONLY FOCUSSED ON THE BUYBACK ISSUE, WHAT ABOUT THE LAST PARAGRAPH: we want to place ourselves to be in the best strategic alliance position we can. IT ALSO SAID PENDING MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS, DIDNT SAY COULD BE OR MIGHT BE, IT SAID PENDING

HOPE EVERYBODY LEARNED WHAT PENDING MEANT WHEN READING BETWEEN THE LINES ON DGIV NEWS RELEASES.

lastly, if the company wanted to hype the stock, it would dwell on contracts that have been announced and not come out with any news and hope the street buys into their complacency. I DONT SEE ANYTHING COMPLACENT ABOUT A GOVT CONTRACT FOLLOWED UP BY IBM, THEN THE NEXT RELEASE SAYS WERE GOING NASDAQ SOON AND WE HAVE PENDING MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS. we are watching the mm's so closely that we are losing sight of what the releases say.

this is the same path that dgiv took. im not saying that dgiv is an infe or vice versa, what i am saying is that both companies are in a hot sector and taking the lead rather nicely.

btw, ill repeat this for those not able to get clues or read between the lines, next weeks news will be the biggest in infe history to date.

If you wont be buying at any price, what are you doing here? I would think you would spend your time on the threads of stocks you may be buying. Or maybe youre just another shorter that will get flattened by the INFE bulldozer..
