TZ, you're really showing your true abilities now. I'm surprised you were stumped so easily.

Having answered your rather superficial questions, I thought I'd pose a few tougher ones for you, Mr. Financial Wizard. I got the predicted response --imbecilic comments and no real answer. Surely your mental powers aren't that limited. I'll let the folks in the other area show you how the Elam patent isn't worth much --they seemed to have stumped you on that chat line.

The only substantial financial question you ever had was about the carrying value of the IP on TVL's balance sheet. Given your undieing concern over this, it appears it is YOU who doesn't understand financial analysis.

So, I tried to give you a few simple financial questions on Acacia, your baby, and you don't seem to know the answers.

Still waiting....

1. Why should one pay 4x what the company recently valued their major assets at? Clearly, they too have taking into account future cash flows and financing considerations and derived a value. Certainly all those minority investments aren't worth anything more than their value. I guess you missed that one in your DD.

2. Please explain the 5x increase in the value of Merkwerks in a matter of months?

...and so on...

The cash-sucking sub's just needed another few thousand today. Can you cut them a check, TZ? The sound is growing louder by the day....

Oh, let's not forget Mr. F, who "was issued" those "finder's warrant's".

Their amazing, they have a guy in Connecticut who is a wiz in 3 different high-technology areas (4, if you consider stock-hyping) and and accountant who also acts as a venture capital banker for them, "finding" various rewarding things.

Are "finder's warrants" illegal TZ, or just using shares to pay for strictly accounting advice?

The sound of cash-sucking.....
