I would tend to agree with you. If so, it was a risky play, but it appears to have worked. As a non-shorting LCI holder, I appear to have lost 10-15% if my [1-LCI = $42QWST] value, but have would up with greater that 1.06 shares of QWST. These deals are never simple.

Have you or anyone heard when the merger will occur. I understand it may be tomorrow, and my broker indicated he saw something indicating that crossing his screen, but he could not get further details.
Once the merger occurs I think we'll all see a nice move as the doubt's about the merger will have been answered.
