"They drilled and tested before IPM acquired it. "
Richard, you might want to ask Dale a few more questions.
Dale and the gang registered 106,560 claims between November 29th, 1993 and May 2, 1994, of which Black Rock is part of.
Lee Furlong stated that "a vendor in SEPTEMBER, 1993 brought Black Rock to his attention", and Lee did field work for 6 weeks starting in October 1993.
Did Dale and the boys trespass to get the tests done?
Did they get BLM permission to do exploratory work?
Seems foolish to me why a property worth $30,000,000.00 would be placed in "claim jumping" jeopardy "talking" about it with results in hand for 3 months.

Richard,

IPM is down and out and people don't want to believe it but if Mxam's process works the way I think it will and the way they claim it will then there is no way on God's green earth that Dale is going to sit around and let IPM go down the tubes. Especially with Phoenix owning 4MM shares of the stock. I wish others would realize that and I wish I had realized that before I got so upset last time.
