Doug, it's a tough call. My experience with Humana, which got taken over last week, was selling two days later at a little under $31. The day the deal was announced, the stock opened at $28 1/8. It's a share deal.

Does anyone in the thread think that there may be the possibility of a bidding war, or is that my wishful thinking?

Doug,

I hope others will join in sharing other optimum strategies if any.!

Your option b is what I plan on doing. If House keeps his promise of letting the shareholders approve any buyout, it will be much harder for management to take sweetheart back room deals and declare it a done deal on the first announcement. I think a bidding war will break out and yield a price of $50 per share.

Pravin.
