Strategic Marketing is what that release was for ... It basically used the Tosco release to link under Tosco's ticker. Plus they supplied just enough information to attract the bigger corporations.

Now if you notice Tosco did not do a dispute news release or a protest. Plus that news release is what got Gordon Stuntz interested with Exxon and two weeks later Exxon requests to test it.

Now that news release also opened up even more doors for public recognition which is when the phones starting ringing off the hook.
