What do you think it means "working together". I suspect DIGI probably provided the spec of their CO equipment and WSTL adapted their modem to the pinout. It still leaves WSTL as the owner of the intellectual property. In the case if LU buys WSTL I think it will become LU property. ALA's buyout of DIGI might not translate in ALA having DLC's CAP, though one must read the contract between DIGI and WSTL. Just IMO.
