Bill, my only concern is that you are telling us about the share dilution as a result of the PP as if you are one who has set up the deal. Where is it written that the shares issued in the PP will be at 15 cents. Are you joking, I assure you that this will be completed at a much higher price. In addition, it is likely that there will be restrictions on the number of shares that can be issued after the PP has been completed. Come on, everyone here wants to make money, even the folks of TSIG ie. do you think they would be that stupid to sell shares at 15 cents. Lets stick to the FACTS, please!!

If you don't think the company has a future, don't buy the stock, why do you continue to harp on this thread with false information when you don't even own the stock. This has always puzzled me.

Bill, do we know what price the shares are being priced at for the private placement. You keep referring to .15...I'd like to know where the number came from so that I can confirm it. If it is true, then I do have some concerns..I will be happy to do my own DD... I'm long and feel this Co. is in the right direction, but after investing in bluechips for many years before tackling pennies I've learned that fundamentals count, even here. If 100M is truly the number, EPS becomes a challange....of course, that notion needs to be tempered by the fact that a huge block will be restricted for X amount of time..the float may remain very reasonable until such time that the # of shares won't matter if the Co. takes off. I appreciate the work of Gambler and
Beebs and wonder if they can fill in some of the blanks regarding the stock transactions....TIA to all
