I made an error in my post about Delta Three. My investigation was with Delta Three and my answer was from Delta Three, that they are using VocalTec. I erroneously stated that my answer to the question I raised came from VocalTec. Forgive the error. It makes a great deal of difference that the response was from Delta Three, who had no axe to grind.
