Please tell. Who would be dumb enough to buy something for a $1 that they can pick up for 31 cents. You really don't make any sense. That is an easy question to answer. The firms or individuals investing I'm sure know every last detail of the deals CCI and TSIG has worked out, many things we can only dream about, and by the time the PP is done in mid-July and after all the news has been released $1 will be a steal for a $2-3 stock wouldn't you agree?
