Somedays a 12-15 foot high wall needs to be put in place on a divided highway/interstate. If a major accident occurs on one side and traffic is slow, and the other side can see that for some inexplicable reason that side slows down to look. Human nature, I guess. Myself being on the side of traffic that is an accident, I'd like the road cleared so that I can move on OR at least close enough to the nearest exit so I can take a detour and move on. Being halted sucks. Kurt
