I agree that the light blue text on dark blue background is hard to read, especially on the pages where they use a smaller font. Overall, I didn't think the color scheme was so bad, but what do I know, I'm a techie, not an artist.

Some of the Y2K text was very annoying, because they were clearly playing up the F.U.D. aspect of the problem.
