Sorry if this has already been posted... I've been out of town (and far removed from any computers):

Anybody seen the new Internet Telephony magazine (v1/#2). Nice full page ad on inside back cover and a little blurb in the industry news section about Franklin ...."Franklin Completes Agreement To Roll Out Internet Phone Network". Mentions agreement with WorldCom and the Tempest, which "... has proved to offer the lowest delay across the IP network, significantly adding to the natural sound of the call."

Lew,

Thanks for the link... I was wondering what the total number of outstanding shares were (I was gonna go to EDGAR to see the latest SEC report but now I don't have to).

Based on those numbers, we are currently at:

14% of the total number of shares (being reported to me)
21% of the total float

Not bad for a day and a half!

Though I do have over 100 people who reported to me last time that haven't sent me share counts yet. And 40 people who are reporting now that didn't last time.

Thanks again to all for the feedback!

Mitch
