Dug: ADI, TI, LU, Westell, Aware, etc need to focus on Alcatel. They are winning the contracts. BEL has a number of DSC Litespan boxes and they will continue to use those boxes. Just like BellSouth, SBC, PacBel, Ameritech, USWest have 5ESS switches and they will continue to use those platforms. Westell has the knowledge/design to provide line cards to the DSC platform... CAP or DMT. Once TI provides their DMT silicon solution, Westell will turn the tide on Alcatel.... until later.
