I'm not a Madsen guy, but it does seem there were a number of issues he had no control over. The market, the law suits, the commitment of partners, etc. I do believe he oversold the capabilities of his company. And there never was a product focus. And I think he refused to listen to industry analysts that predicted a confined market for frads. It'll be interesting to see how he works out the disposition of this company. At one time I thought they would be a good candidate for a CSCO buyout. But not anymore.
