This looks like a stock laundry. Peter sells to Paul who loans Peter who in turn, sells the same in kind. Ponzie would be proud. In the meantime the mom and pop shareholders get it stuck in their ear with every "EQUITY-SALE-LOAN-DILUTION" to the tune of 400k to 500k new shares into the float per month. Such a deal! Keep the presses rolling! As long as they can pay guys like you to bring in more suckers the game can go on forever. (Well not quite.)
